Sweet Kitchen opened its doors in Montclair in two thousand. Twenty-five years on, we still take quiet pride in chasing the flavors that turn an ordinary morning into a memory — a pistachio croissant pulled before sunrise, a slice of Lotus cheesecake cut just thick enough.
While our reach grew across New Jersey, the foundation never moved. The founder still weaves between tables. Every dish, every loaf, every cake is made from scratch — every single day.
